Get AutoReview connected and sending your first review requests in under 5 minutes.
Prerequisites
You need a Google Business Profile and an active email account for invoicing. The 7-day trial starts immediately after signup with no charge today.
Create Your Account
Sign up at the pricing page to start your trial. You will receive a confirmation email with a magic link to access the dashboard.
Connect Google Business Profile
Navigate to the Integrations tab in your dashboard. Click Connect next to Google and follow the OAuth prompts. This step takes under two minutes and enables branded review requests to post directly to your profile.
Add Your Customers
You can add customers through multiple methods. Choose the option that fits your workflow best.
Add reviews@getautoreview.com as a BCC recipient on your existing invoices. Customers are added automatically within seconds of sending.
Connect your CRM or booking tool via Zapier. Map the customer name and email fields to trigger an AutoReview action on every new job.
Download the sample template and upload your list. The first row must contain headers.
Send Your First Request
Once customers are added, AutoReview sends the initial branded email automatically. You can trigger a manual send from the Customers page for testing.

Preview the Customer Experience
Use the Preview tool in the dashboard to see exactly what your customers receive. The email includes your logo, a personalized message, and direct links to Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot.
